Relationships and rules

A rule-based culture, typical of many Western countries, tends to operate on the basis of standards and codes, with an expectation that everyone knows what the project codes and standards are.
A relationship culture, as in Asia or South America, pays far more attention to the obligations of relationships to colleagues and partners.

High Performing Teams
This is a highly desirable state, but difficult to achieve, the team becomes cohesive and even interdependent. The members work well together, achieving more as a team than they would as individuals. Team members help each other with ideas and support as they get each task completed and projects delivered to time, budget and performance.
